User domain name sales up to $40,000 — 13 end
An interesting play on coworking, a leadership training firm, and a mortgage firm bought domains this stretch.
This stretch, Sedo’s top public domain sale was Codi.com, and it looks like the buyer is making an interesting play in the coworking space.
Here’s a look at some of the domains end users bought at Sedo this past week. You can review previous end user sales lists here.
Codi.com $40,000 – As stated by the buyer’s LinkedIn page, Codi is building a network of home-based coworking communities.
Citizenship.me €10,000 – A site with information regarding getting second citizenship. The domains used to be used with information regarding citizenship in Montenegro. (.Me is the country code for Montenegro.)
Gluteo.com $7,500 – This domain was purchased by Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which is a U.S. wholly-owned subsidiary of Lupin Limited, one of the top five pharmaceutical firms in India.
TPA.org $6,800 – The Policy Academies, which uses ThePolicyAcademies.org as their website. This nonprofit group was founded in 2016 to address the lack of diversity and inclusion of researchers of color in mainstream think tanks.
FRDA.com $4,500 – Foreign Resource Development Associates, LLC bought this domain. This organization provides creative human-based solutions to operational and training support issues, both domestically and abroad. It right now uses FRDALLC.com. Nice upgrade.
CultureAdvantage.com $4,000 – Partners In Leadership bought this domain. It is a California-based firm focused on leadership training and management consulting.
C-Control.com $3,000 – This domain was bought by SIA Sistemas S.A., a digital interactive agency.
FlexiCloud.com $2,999 – Flexi, a financial software firm that uses Flexi.com for its website.
CBD-Plus.de €2,990 – German online retailer for CBD oil.
KFZ-Flottenversicherung.de €2,700 – Forwards to Flottenrechner24.de, a platform for firms to lease cars for their employees. They will provide estimates of the costs of gas, insurance, etc. Flottenversicherung means “fleet insurance” in German.
Freedomortgage.com $2,688 – This domain was bought by the home mortgage firm Freedom Mortgage, which right now uses FreedomMortgage.com as their website. This domain could be a defensive domain purchase, but it is not yet forwarding to the main site.
OrgaTeam.de €2,500 – Forwards to OrgaTeam.org, an HR firm.
Rubezh.com $2,000 – Forwards to Rubezh.ru. The Rubezh Group of Firms is the largest manufacturer of engineered safety systems in Russia and CIS countries.
