Another alleged “get-rich-quick” scheme — Amazon sues

Firm states defendants are infringing its trademarks to promote courses and memberships.
A few days back, I wrote regarding Amazon suing people and firms that it states are violating its trademarks to sell courses on how to make money selling on Amazon.
The firm is also suing another group for similar alleged actions.
Amazon filed suit (pdf) against Online Secrets, Inc., Michael Gazzola, Matthew Behdjou and other parties for trademark infringement.
The lawsuit alleges that the sellers have “have exploited Amazon’s brand to perpetrate a widespread get-rich-quick scheme that revolves around seeking to fake, and inducing others to fake, product reviews, and other dishonest techniques that violate Amazon’s third-party seller agreements. Through deceptive marketing, Defendants use high pressure sales tactics to swindle Amazon third-party sellers (or prospective sellers) into purchasing Defendants’ services.”
Some of the domains allegedly used by defendants include amazonsecretsfunnels(.)com, amazontrainingapplication(.)com and amazonsellinghacks(.)com.
As stated by Amazon, part of the defendants’ program was to have members rate each others’ products following getting them for free or at heavy discounts, and to click “not helpful” next to negative reviews of their products.
Amazon states that the defendants are doing this while capitalizing on Amazon’s famous trademarks. An example of one of the defendant’s promotions is above.
