Com Laude adds two fresh members to its fresh TLD team.

Com Laude disclosed two fresh appointments to its fresh top level domain group this stretch.

Christa Taylor is joining the firm to drive marketing initiatives around fresh TLDs. Christa was most recently the Chief Marketing Officer of MMX (Minds + Machines) and has consulted with many firms in the domain business. She helped with over 50 fresh TLD applications in the first round. She has a master’s degree in both Predictive Analytics (MSPA) and e-Business (MBA)

Martin Sutton is joining to work on dot-brands. Sutton is a former risk manager for HSBC, managing digital risks related to domain name portfolios, online fraud and security, brand protection and enforcement. He also co-founded the Brand Registry Group.

We’re still a long way from the next round, but firms are starting to position themselves.
