ICANN has published the latest .com transactions note from registry Verisign, showing official results from April.

While China still plays a role in the leaderboards, it is much less now than it has been over the past 6 or so months.

Here are the top 5 registrars in April in terms of fresh .com registrations:

1. GoDaddy* 901,566
2. eNom** 208,158
3. HiChina 167,816
4. Tucows 120,997
4. PublicDomainRegistry 104,167

Here are the top five registrars for net inbound transfers:

1. Uniregistry +22,737
2. Mesh Digital +14,226
3. Google +7,815
3. eName +7,601
4. Key Systems +6,341

On the flip side, these five registrars saw the biggest net outflow of .com domain names due to transfers:

1. Fabulous -18,812
2. Tucows -17,973
3. Network Solutions -10,256
4. CSC -9,636
5. Melbourne IT -6,890
