Fresh TLDs come to Hong Kong.

Dot.asiaDotAsia and Momentum Events are planning a domain name conference in Hong Kong May 13-14, coinciding with the International Trademark Association (INTA) annual meeting taking place in the same city.

The event is a combination of DotAsia’s “Internet of Names” meeting and Momentum’s “Digital Marketing & gTLD Strategy Congress” events.

Targeted attendees include fresh TLD applicants, brands, domain investors and other industry stakeholders. Given the timing with INTA, the event is clearly targeted more to fresh TLD applicants and intellectual property lawyers than domainers.

Confirmed speakers represent applicants counting .Dot Chinese Online (.在线) and Dot Chinese Website (.中文网), .kyoto, kiwi, and .wed.

Momentum Events’ next fresh TLD conference is scheduled for March 3-4 in Fresh York.
