User domain sales up to $36,000 — 19 end

19 end users paid between $700 and $36,000 for domains at Sedo the prior week.

The top noted sale on Sedo’s sales list this past week was to an end user, although we don’t yet know what that end user plans to launch at the domain. Here are details on that sale and others:

The Exchange, which owns the undeveloped site TheExchangeMail.com, bought TheExchange.com for $36,000. Given the price tag, it’s clear this was an end user.

Payment processing firm First Data Corporation registered the domain sure-returns.com last month, and then it bought SureReturns.com for $1,995. This is one of those cases where doing some research on similar domains would have told you who the interested buyer was.

Gold seller GoldHold bought GoldHold.com for $925, which is much better than its existing Gold-Hold.com domain.

Houston car dealer Auto Equation paid $1,450 for AutoLoans247.com.
