More domain name sales: End user rewind

An AI-tax preparation tool, a corporate events firm, and a workplace violence prevention business bought domain names.

Every week, I publish an end user domain sales note. This note reveals which end users bought domain names at Sedo during the past week.
With most Whois records now obscured by privacy services, the most common way I’m able to determine the end user is if the site resolves to an active website.
Anyone who has sold domains will tell you it can take a while ahead of they’re put to use. So it’s interesting to go back and look at Sedo sales notes from a couple of months ago to see if more domains have been developed.
Today, I’m going back to the note from March 3. I discovered 13 end user sales for the original note, and nearly as many this time around.
Here’s a list of end user domain name sales that completed at Sedo that week. You can view previous lists like this here.
Filed.com $45,000 – I included this in the original post, but I got the usage wrong. At the time, the domain resolved to a page suggesting it was a marketing platform. Now it shows an AI tax preparation tool. This makes a lot more sense for the domain.
Way.se €12,000 – Way is a corporate events and business destination travel firm.
HW.co $8,000 – This is short for Homework. The site is like an Airbnb for workspaces.
UDS.eu €6,499 – Universal Display Solutions sells retail point of sales displays and packaging.
WhichCard.com $5,000 – Different credit cards offer bonus points and cash back for various types of purchases, such as restaurant, grocery, or travel. This site tells you which card offers the biggest rebate based on the type of purchase.
We19.com $4,900 – This is an interesting one. It resolves to a page that states it’s a broadcast media firm in Miami. But its logo mentions losing weight?
Expris.com $3,199 – Expris provides shipping services, counting via land, air, and water.
IronTemple.com $2,995 – Iron Temple provides workplace violence prevention training.
PostBac.fr €3,150 – PostBac is an education application platform. Instead of applying to each school, students submit one application and schools make them offers.
Trolley.info €2,500 – Trolley is a payments platform. It forwards this domain to the matching .com.
TiempoExtra.com $2,500 – Overtime Hydration sells an electrolyte product called Tiempo Extra. It forwards this domain to a page on its website promoting the product.
Praetorian.ch €2,499 – Praetorian is a Swiss physical security firm.
