Domain name auction ends Wednesday — Extended NamesCon

Most domains haven’t hit reserve yet.

The extended online auction for this year’s NamesCon auction ends on Wednesday. There’s a lot of bidding activity by now but most of it is below reserve prices.

CPU.com is the highest at $606,000. There are four bidders at $600k or more, which is somewhat surprising given that the reserve range is between $600,001 and $700,000. Either some people know the reserve and are underbidding or there are a number of people interested in taking this domain home.

The highest bid on a domain that has met its reserve is LondonFashion.com at $1,333. Other domains that will sell (all under $500 so far) include Tazed.com (be careful how you use that), Plunged.com, JarCandle.com, Akxs.com, BioMedEngineer.com, BioMedEngineering.com, Boater.club, Decriminalized.com, SmartSki.com, YourDate.com, Race.info, and Sciv.com.
