Man files breach notice, states Rob Monster hasn’t satisfied judgment

Man states Rob Monster has yet to pay to settle up following a failed escrow transaction.
An Epik client has filed a notice of breach of contract/settlement agreement (pdf) in King County court in Seattle against former Epik CEO Rob Monster.
In a previous lawsuit, Matthew Adkisson alleged that he agreed to buy nourish .com in a transaction facilitated by Epik. He paid $327,000 to Epik, covering $300,000 due to the domain seller and a $27,000 commission. The seller failed to deliver the domain. Adkisson waited six months for Epik to get the domain for him. When that failed, he asked for his money back.
On June 1, 2023, Adkisson and Monster agreed to a settlement. As part of that settlement, Monster was to pay Adkisson $100,000 by May 31, 2024.
Adkisson states that didn’t happen. On September 20, 2024, Adkisson obtained a Judgment by Confession against Monster in the total judgment amount of $310,000.00 pursuant to his Confession of Judgment.
The judgment hasn’t been fulfilled, Adkisson alleges. He’s filed the breach notice against Monster and his wife.
