Sues UDRPSearch owner David Lahoti — Michael Rodenbaugh

Attorney sues following UDRPSearch owner forwards website to other site with derogatory comments.

For the past few weeks, Lahoti has forwarded UDRPSearch.com to websites with unfavorable comments regarding Rodenbaugh and another attorney, David Weslow.

Right now, UDRPSearch.com forwards to mikerodenbaugh .com with a message questioning his billing of meeting room costs and calling him a “fraudster”.

As stated by the lawsuit, Rodenbaugh represented Lahoti in previous legal matters but not since 2015.

Rodenbaugh’s lawsuit claims ACPA cyberpiracy, cybersquatting, defamation, and unfair competition.

The suit also names Lahoti’s firm VirtualPoint and one of Lahoti’s brothers, Ravi. I don’t believe Ravi is involved in David’s businesses. In fact, the brothers seem to have had a falling out.
