Fresh UDRP Domain Arbitration Search Engine Launches

UDRPsearch.com searches cases at National Arbitration Forum and WIPO.

A fresh UDRP search engine, UDRPsearch.com, has launched. The web site allows you to search cases at both National Arbitration Forum and World Intellectual Property Organization without going to both sites. This is helpful for researching particular keywords, complainants, respondents, etc.

The site is similar to another one I’ve written regarding, DomainFight.net. You can search by domain, complainant/respondent, case number, or full text. The owner of UDRPsearch tells me one key difference is that all of the UDRP content is indexed directly on its site. This is compelling; when you use the full search text the search results include a snippet that includes the keyword. One way to use this full text search is to see all of the cases represented by a particular attorney.

UDRPsearch.com plans to add fresh features soon, counting a commenting system to allow users to add commentary on particular decisions.

As someone who spends a lot of time researching UDRP decisions, both UDRPsearch.com and DomainFight.net are invaluable resources.
