There was a time when Register.com and Network Solutions were considered the only “stable” registrars, and all of the others as up-and-comers that carried risk of bankruptcy. As noted earlier on Reglike, Register.com is facing serious financial trouble.
The latest twist is that the NASDAQ sent a delisting notice to Register.com for failing to submit its 10-K on time. Register.com has until April 12 to request a hearing to prevent delisting.
