$81,000 bid on Sedo — Remit.com snags

An auction for Remit.com will end Monday.

Remit.com has received an $81,000 bid on Sedo and an auction for the domain will end on Monday. This will be one of the biggest sales since Sedo added the auction format. The biggest Sedo auction sale to date was Tractors.com which sold for $153,500. The Tractors.com auction was a brokerage sale, meaning it was added to the auctions with a reserve. Remit.com appears to have been added to auction following receiving an initial $81,000 offer.

Although Remit.com is the most impressive domain in the auction listings for the next week, Sedo Auctions has a number of other domains closing this stretch that are worth a look:
