Name investing to the world — Teaching domain

Sedo went out of its traditional comfort zone to discuss domain investing.

The prior week I wrote regarding how Sedo was exhibiting at the Annual Investor Meeting in Dubai this stretch.

This is an unusual conference for a domain name firm. The audience knows next to nothing regarding domain names as an investment, which is precisely why Sedo is there.

Sedo Chief Marketing Officer Christian Voss sent some initial impressions to me regarding the experience. He stated that people there are familiar with domain names such as .com and .ae, but they aren’t familiar with the domain name aftermarket, domain investing, or even they idea that they could trade with domains.

Indeed, outside the insular world of domain investors, very few people understand this business and its opportunity.
