Team Internet (AIM: TIG, OTCQX: TIGXF) provided a financial update for the first half of the year today.

Overall, revenue was down 32% compared to the first half of 2025.

The majority of the decline was from its Search business, which fell 63% from $132 million to $48 million. This decline was expected due to Google shuttering its Adsense for Domains business.

It saw a slight uptick in its Comparison site segment, which it has been focusing on as the search arbitrage business declined.

Perhaps worryingly, revenue from the Domains, Identity, & Software business declined 6% year over year (although it was up from H2 2025). This is the unit the firm is seeking to sell.

Just a month ago, the firm stated it expected “an outcome” on this business in the first half of Q3, which would suggest by mid-August. Its latest update states that it expects to close any transaction this year, but did not reiterate its mid-Q3 guidance for a decision.

The Domains, Identity, & Software business includes domain registrars and a backend domain registry business.
