Xtream .com hit with UDRP following domain name auction

UDRP filed shortly following auction concluded.

The domain name Xtream.com sold for $26,000 in the prior week’s live domain name auction at NamesCon, and the buyer might have a headache on their hands.
Someone filed a UDRP against the domain name yesterday. It was filed at National Arbitration Forum, which does not disclose the Complainant until the case is decided.
The timing suggests that the Complainant might be a losing bidder in the auction or someone who became aware of it following the fact. The domain doesn’t appear to have transferred to the fresh buyer yet, so the Respondent will probably be the seller.
Many firms use Xtream, X-tream, or Xtreme as short hand for “extreme”. Most seem to use the spelling Xtreme.
