Snap Interactive bought the domain name in January in an all-stock transaction.

Snap Interactive Inc., which owns dating social network Are You Interested, purchased the domain name AYI.com in January for 100,000 shares of common stock.

At the time, the 100,000 shares of Snap Interactive (OBB:STVI) had a fair value of $100,000.

The stock is down 15% today following the firm disclosed earnings yesterday, so shares are only worth 76 cents. If the seller of the domain still owns the shares, the value of the sale has dropped to $76,000.

Assisting You Inc. in Seattle owned of the domain name until January.
