.ePost top level domains get the axe — .Bond and

University and postal firm terminate domains.

Bond University in Austrailia and Deutsche Post AG are dropping fresh top level domain names.

Both entities have informed ICANN that they wish to terminate their agreements to run a top level domain name. Bond University is terminating .bond and Deutsche Post AG is terminating .epost.

Bond University only applied for .bond. It activated a couple of second level domains under it; both law.bond and study.bond are set up to forward to pages on bond.edu.au.

Deutsche Post AG, a German postal service, originally applied for .epost, .deutschepost, .trust and .dhl. It withdrew its application for .deutschepost and sold .trust to what is now NCC Group. It retains .DHL and has set up a few sites counting logistics.dhl.
