Registrar offers $4.99 .com registrations: Build your list

Name.com offers significant discount on .com domains for one week.

Computer monitor with .COM written on it. A macbook is to the side.

Do you have a list of .com domains you want to hand-register? You might want to wait a few more days.

Reglike readers know that I rarely write regarding sales on domain registrations, but some are too good not to cover.

Name.com is offering unlimited $5.99 .com domain registrations from June 3 to June 10.

It’s even cheaper if the matching .xyz domain is available. In that case, you can add both to your cart for only $4.99. Just remember to turn off autorenew on the domains you don’t want to be charged full price for in a year.

The registrar is also offering two-year .ai domain registrations for $143.98. Name.com is owned by Identity Digital, which is the registry for .ai domain names.

The .com price is below wholesale cost. Here’s why registrars sometimes offer domains for less than the wholesale price.
