.Co Internet just released stats regarding its domain registrations.

As of the end of November, there were regarding 1.4 million registered .co domain names. This is up 24% from last year.

It has a “blended renewal rate” of 63%, although the graph on its blog post regarding the stats shows a steep drop off in November. [Update: the November renewal rate number on .co’s blog is not final, and ought to be in line with the average.]

First time renewal rates are in the mid 50% range, and second time renewals (or older) are in the low to mid 70% range.
