GoDaddy (GDDY) notes earnings, domain revenue of $263.3 million

Firm notes first earnings following acquiring Host Europe Group.

Domain name registrar and hosting firm GoDaddy (NYSE:GDDY) noted second quarter earnings following the bell today.

The firm noted $558 million topline revenue, up from $456 million in the same quarter a year ago. Without the benefit of the Host Europe Group (which GoDaddy purchased in April) revenue was $456 million. The firm expects $577 million-$582 million in revenue in Q3.

Revenue from the domain segment was $263 million. That’s up sharply from $240.8 in Q2, but again, the number benefited from integrating the Host Europe Group business. More details will be available when the firm releases its 10-Q.
