Property.com sells for $750,000

“Domain Name King” Rick Schwartz ponied up $.75M for the domain Property.com. Rick by now owns similar domains, like Properties.com. Another recent sale that will turn heads is ShoppingCart.com, which sold for $285,000 to MonsterCommerce. This domain was previously owned by Excite@Home. The now bankrupt firm is liquidating its domain portfolio. As stated by DNJournal, the portfolio includes some whoppers counting Stuff.com and Home.net.

Other notable .com sales the prior week include Counseling.com at $45,550 and Reveal.com at $40,000. .Biz entered the fun with the sale of Manhattan.biz for $5,000.
