Gathers for DOMAINfest in Santa Monica — Record Crowd

Biggest crowd ever packs house for DOMAINfest 2011.

DOMAINfest just kicked off today in Santa Monica and fresh registrations are still coming in. Yet the crowd has by now surpassed last year’s record and is quickly approaching 700 people.

And while the rest of the country braces for a severe cold spell it’s a beautiful 62 degrees in Santa Monica.

At 2 PM local time Oversee.net CEO Jeff Kupietzky will take the stage to talk regarding the state of the industry and where it’s headed. At 3 PM Go Daddy founder Bob Parsons will give a keynote titled “Luck & Perspective”.

This will be followed by a low and no reserve domain name auction and then a party hosted by .co.

Stay tuned to Reglike for updates.
