Team Internet states talks to sell domain business are progressing well

Firm hopes domain assets will fetch more than its current market cap.

Team Internet Group (AIM: TIG, OTCQX: TIGXF) disclosed today that discussions to sell its domain business are “progressing well,” and that its 2025 financial results will be at the top end of analysts’ current expectations.
In November 2025, the firm disclosed that it was considering “divestment or formation of strategic partnerships for substantially all parts of the business in separate transactions.”
The firm believes that the individual parts of its business, a rollup of domain and online advertising firms, are worth more than its current market capitalization. The stock price and financial results have been pummelled by the end of Google AdSense for Domains.
Today, it stated the Domains, Identity and Software segments, which include its domain registrar and registry assets, were performing well and that it believes any transaction for these assets would “deliver a value-maximising outcome in excess of the Group’s current market capitalisation.” The firm’s current market cap is £124 million.
Additionally, it stated that its gross revenue, net revenue, and adjusted EBITDA for 2025 would be “towards the top end of the range of current analyst forecasts.”
Those forecasts vary widely:
- Gross revenue analyst consensus $465 million (analyst range of $371 million to $541 million). Gross revenue in 2024 was $803 million.
- Net revenue analyst consensus $126 million (analyst range of $113 million and $134 million). Net revenue in 2024 was $188 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA analyst consensus $42 million (analyst range of $40 million to $43 million). Adjusted EBITDA in 2024 was $91.9 million.
