A Canadian resort, a consignment app, and a Las Vegas club directory bought domain names.
This will be the final list of Sedo end user sales for the year as Sedo takes a hiatus from reporting sales during the holidays.
The firm’s top sale of the week was xchange.com for $42,077. It’s likely an end user at that price, but I can’t determine who it is. There are many registered trademarks for xchange. Cryptocurrency comes to mind.

ThistleDown.ca $15,495 – The whois shows the domain was purchased by Opinicon, a hotel and resort in Ontario, Canada. It’s unclear what this domain will be used for. Thistledown.com is used by a casino firm.
Oakbrook.com $13,500 – This domain was purchased by Oakbrook Finance, a UK-based commercial lending and financial firm.
Lyckost.com €12,175 – The domain forwards to Lyckost.se. I can’t visit that website, though, so I’m not sure what it is.
Less.app $12,000 – Forwards to Less.today. Less is a mobile app in development for users to buy and sell used clothing. This is the fifth-highest .app sale tracked by Namebio.
VegasNightClubs.com $10,000 – Forwards to LasVegasNightClubs.com, a directory for night club listings where people can make online reservations for clubs and nightlife spots.
KKnow.com $9,995 – The buyer, KKBox Taiwan, offers a streaming music app.
XPS.net $7,499 – Whois shows Mobiblocks owns this domain. It is an app developer, so this domain might be for a fresh app in development.
PingDirectory.com $4,788 – This domain was bought by the Ping Identity Corporation, a software and technology firm out of Denver that offers products for identity security.
Enablers.org $4,499 – This domain was purchased by a consulting firm, The Strategic Insight. The purchase might have been for a client.
XOBeauty.com $4,000 – The Revolution Firm s.r.o. is a makeup firm.
Bookem.com $4,000 – Bookem is an online client scheduling system.
HINF.com $3,888 – Forwards to HolidayInnNiagaraFalls.com, so it seems this domain was purchased as a shorter domain for the hotel chain’s Niagara Falls location.
Obstkorb.de €2,400 – Forwards to Obstkorb-Hamburg.de, a delivery service that makes office and home deliveries of fresh fruit baskets from a weekly market in Hamburg, Germany.
