Despite the short month, February is always a big month for domain industry buzz thanks to the Super Bowl. And that’s where we’ll start this month’s list.

3. Nintendo files complaint over WiiU.com – video game firm decides to go following WiiU.com domain following launching fresh system.

4. Dick’s Sporting Goods buys three domain names for $395,000 – Garry Chernoff sold Runners.com, SportGear.com, and SportsGear.com to the national chain.

5. Ron Paul files another domain dispute targeting RonPaul.org – Politician files a second complaint against domain owned by Panama firm.
