A name-image-likeness college athletics firm, a crypto business, and an orthodontist bought domain names.

Sedo’s top public sale this past week was profile.link for €40,000. The domain hasn’t been developed yet, but it would be a nice name for a link-in-bio solution.

Another somewhat mystery is DreamCosmetics.com at $25,000. A MarkMonitor client bought this domain name. The most obvious buyer is the firm that owns the matching .net. But I’m not sure, as that firm keeps its domain at a different registrar than MarkMonitor.

DreamCosmetics.com $25,000 – A MarkMonitor client bought this domain name. When I search for the brand on Google the site that dominates is DreamCosmetics.net. That domain is registered at OVH, not markMonitor.

Magie.com.br $8,000 – For now, this page resolves to the privacy policy for GIRO Ltd. It appears to be a financial business.

BizMLM .com €7,000 – BIZ MLM is an Iranian network marketing firm. It forwards this domain to the matching .ir domain.

Kovaco.com €7,000 – Kovaco is a heavy machinery firm. It forwards this domain to kovacocompany.com.

ShoeTattoo.com €4,700 – This is a fun brand name for a business that will sell products for customizing your shoes.

Protagonistas.com €3,900 – Protagonistas is some sort of self help group.

MaxFans.com $3,500 – The college sports world is changing with athletes getting paid. MaxFans states it is “Reinventing fan and donor relationships with schools and NIL
collectives to support student athletes and school athletic programs.”

Atko.eu €3,499 – The buyer is forwarding this domain to the site for Komodo, which creates products from steel, aluminum and stainless steel. I’m not sure what the connection is.

Dolar.cl €3,200 – Dolar.cl forwards to the currency trading site Fintual.cl.

GetClouds .com $3,000 – Get Clouds is a Canadian vape products firm. It forwards this domain to the matching .ca.

PartyClick.com $2,800 – Boston Venture Studio is using this domain for eTell events, a platform for organizing events. Hopefully it changes the name since Party Click is much better.

GoDev.com $2,500 – This site is being used as a support community related to the Go programming language. I think they got a great deal on this domain.

MCOGlobal.com $2,500 – MCO Global Ltd stands for “More Crypto Online” and offers cryptocurrency tools.

SmileAndMore.de €2,000 – Smile and More is an orthodontics office.

Kiz.ch €2,000 – This domain is used by a medical practice in Switzerland.

Felthouse.com $2,000 – Felthouse is a web agency based in London.
