Communicate.com (OTCBB: CMNN.ob) has disclosed it will spinout its FreqentTraveller.com operations, with plans of raising $2.0M. Communicate.com owns 8M shares, putting its stake at regarding $4.0M. The total market cap for Communicate.com is just under $13M.

FrequentTraveller.com has “exclusive travel rights” to Communicate.com’s domains, counting Malaysia.com, Indonesia.com, Brazil.com, Canadian.com and GreatBritain.com.
