Available for ICANN 63 in Barcelona — Schedule now

ICANN publishes the schedule for this month’s meeting in Spain.

The next ICANN meeting is taking place in Barcelona this month from October 20-25. ICANN has published the schedule. Here are some of the sessions I think will be interesting:

• Saturday @ 2:30 PM GAC: CCWG Auction Proceeds Discussion
• Sunday @ 10:45 AM the Governmental Advisory Committee will have two meetings regarding GDPR. The discussion will be continued on Tuesday at 9:30 AM.
• Sunday evening there’s a cocktail party for women.
• Monday @ 1:30 PM the GNSO presents the initial note regarding what to do with fresh top level domain auction proceeds.
• Wednesday night there’s a gala at the convention center.
• Thursday morning is the Public board meeting.
• Thursday @ 10:30 AM there’s a panel on “Innovation in Top-Level Domains”. I know that MMX will be on it talking regarding what they’re doing with Ethereum Name Service.
• Thursday evening is the ICANN@20 Years Anniversary Cocktail Party.
