Chase registers domain names for fresh Golden State Warriors arena in San Francisco.

The NBA basketball team is slated to move back to San Francisco in a couple years. On Friday, JP Morgan Chase & Co registered a number of domain names that suggest it is buying naming rights to the fresh stadium.

The firm purchased the domain name ChaseCenter.com earlier this year through its brand protection registrar MarkMonitor.

Although Chase could merely be in the running for the fresh arena, the registration of so many typos suggests it’s a done deal.

In 2013 I scooped that Levi’s was buying naming rights to a stadium based on its domain registrations. Those registrations were for the fresh San Franciso 49ers stadium.
