RegisterFly $4 domain coupon code

Domain Registrar RegisterFly is offering $4 domain transfers and other discounts.

RegisterFly states it became the 8th fastest growing registrar the prior week and is offering the transfer special to celebrate. You must enter coupon code “FLY6PROMO” to get the special rate. This rate is good for 24 hours.

RegisterFly is also offering fresh .com registrations for $6.99. Use coupon code “COMSPECIAL” at checkout. Offer is good for 24 hours. .Info domains are only $1.79 for the next 48 hours using coupon code “INFOSPECIAL”. .Net domains are $4.99 with coupon code “NETSPECIAL” for the next 48 hours.

RegisterFly is also making it easy to delete domains within 4 days of registration. If you decide you don’t want the domain you can return it and get a refund. This usually costs $1 per domain return, but right now it’s free.

I’ve had mixed experiences with RegisterFly. I’ve never registered a domain with the firm but have purchased domains by now registered there. My complaint is that following transfering domains away from RegisterFly the firm never deletes them from its database. You then start receiving expiration notices regarding domains RegisterFly no longer controls.
