Moniker has a fresh CEO

Bonnie Wittenburg takes over the top spot at domain name registrar Moniker.
Domain name registrar Moniker has a fresh CEO, Bonnie Wittenburg.
Wittenburg has been with Moniker’s parent firm KeyDrive since 2009, where she served as Executive Vice President of Key-Systems USA. She has been in the domain name industry since 1999, counting stints at idNames (later part of Network Solutions and then Verisign) and Iron Mountain.
She replaces Craig Snyder, who came over as CEO when KeyDrive purchased Moniker and SnapNames from Oversee.net. Snyder will remain CEO of SnapNames.
Moniker has typically been popular with domain name investors. Still, its product offerings and site have been somewhat stale in recent years. The firm does not appear to have signed the 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement yet so it is not offering any of the fresh top level domain names, either.
The firm has U.S. offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Austin, and Portland.
