Domain Auction Looks Like a Winner — Moniker’s Live

Moniker meets the challenge with superb list of domain names.

My general response to a list of domain names published for a live domain auction is usually subdued. Rarely do I see domain names that are priced to sell.

But following taking plenty of flack for its last auction, Moniker seems to have stepped up to the plate for this month’s TRAFFIC auction. (See a full list of domains in the auction here.)

In the under $5,000 category, there are a number of good domains that will easily sell:

IntelligentDesign.com
MouthGuards.com (sold for over $10k at NameJet)
Reimbursement.com
Sued.com

At $5,000-$10,000 there are more great domain names such as BuildingPermits.com and Cancun.org.

I don’t expect the live auction to set any records, but it’s encouraging to see a good list of domain names with reasonable reserve prices.

My only complaint is that Moniker accepted way too many domain names for its silent auction. It makes me question if I ought to sell my domains in the silent auction if they will be competing against so many other domains for attention.
